We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zenvoz. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a generous 3-day return policy.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to protect your shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges
