1. Shipping Times

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products you've ordered.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To confirm your order and prevent fraudulent bookings, we require a fixed advance payment of Rs. 249 for all Cash on Delivery orders.

  • The remaining balance of your order will be paid to the rider upon delivery.

  • Once you place your order, our team will contact you with payment instructions for the Rs. 249 deposit.

  • Your order will only be processed after the advance payment is received.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package's journey.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that the Rs. 249 advance is part of your commitment to the order and is non-refundable if the delivery is refused at the doorstep.

5. Delivery Issues
